Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy C Services provides this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the C Services website. On some pages, you can make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

C Services website is sublet through www.bravenet.com which has its own privacy policy and terms of use.  Bravenet policies can be viewed at their website http://www.bravenet.com.  We DO NOT have any control whatsoever over their policies and privacy procedures.  We ARE NOT responsible for any breach of security for the actions of anyone associated with bravenet nor any of its associates, concerns, or subcontractors.

Personally Identifiable Information refers to any information the user voluntarily provides that identifies or can be used to identify, contact or locate the person to whom such information pertains, including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, financial profiles, social security or taxpayer identification number(s) and if used - credit card information.  With regards to tax information C Services is subject to Nevada as well as Federal law, policies, procedures and rulings.  Currently Nevada does collect taxpayer identification numbers but DOES NOT have an information sharing agreement with the IRS.  If this changes then likely there will be a posting to the Nevada Secretary of State website at secretaryofstate.biz or to the Nevada Department of Taxation website.

In addition to our direct collection of information, third party service vendors (such as credit card companies, clearinghouses and banks) who may provide such services as credit, insurance, and escrow services may collect this information for the processing of THEIR services.

C Services does not control how these third parties use such information.  C Services will make every reasonable effort to identify who these particular third parties are and will provide (if available) relevant contact and privacy policies of these parties named.  Every reasonable effort does NOT mean that we make any guarantees of any nature.

Some of these third parties may be intermediaries that act solely as links in the distribution chain, and do not store, retain, or use the information given to them.  Most will have their own privacy policy,

C Services does not currently collect cookies however Bravenet.com may collect and C Services has no control over that function.

We use the information you provide about yourself to service your account. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to comply with federal tax laws and orders from courts of competent jurisdiction for tax return processing.  Other information if collected remains in-house and is not delivered, lent or sold to any other party.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

If you register with our website if you would like to receive our brochures, or other information as well as updates on our new services.  Information you submit on our website will not be used for third party marketing.

We may use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and do not share with advertisers.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

While we take reasonable measures to maintain a secure site, electronic communications and databases are subject to errors, tampering and break-ins, and C Services cannot guarantee or warrant that such events will not take place
and we will not assume liability for any such ocurrences.

*Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:*

The C Services site is not geared toward minors.  Also C Services IS NOT repeat IS NOT what is alluded to as an "adult" site.  However, protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we collect
or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13 for tax return preparation purposes only, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13 for any other reason.  Our preference is for any and all information regarding minors must come from a parent, legal guardian or other responsible adult.  We also prefer that this information NOT be delivered through the C Services website but rather by mail or personal phone call.  If it comes to C Services attention that ANYONE has invaded our site for nefarious purposes of any kind WE WILL report this to concerned governmental agencies and WILL take immediate steps to protect the C Services site from any further invasive entry and WILL FULLY cooperate with law enforcement agencies to prosecute the offender(s).  C Services has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for child abuse or endangerment of any kind.

*How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information*

You can email, mail or telephone us to correct all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.

You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error.

To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
